ABOUT THE PROJECT

The Joint Research Centre (JRC) of the European Commission has developed the SELFIE (Self-reflection on Effective Learning by Fostering the use of Innovative Educational Technologies) tool, based on the European Commission’s Framework for the Promotion of Digital Learning in Educational Organisations. The SELFIE tool has also been enhanced to meet the specific needs of Vocational and Technical Schools that provide work-based and practical training, thus involving companies in the direct learning process – SELFIE WBL. 6 institutions from 6 countries participate in the pilot project:

OICP – Polska Fundacja Osrodków Wspomagania Rozwoju Gospodarczego (Poland)

A tool to discover the digital potential of a college or company.
Help to integrate digital technologies into teaching, learning and assessment processes.

PROJECT ACTIVITIES:

Translation of materials.
Mobilisation and selection of schools and companies in the pilot countries.
Implementation of SELFIE WBL pilot tests in collages and enterprises.
Preparation of preparatory, validation and evaluation webinars, focus groups and interviews.
Preparation of qualitative research, including case studies, summarising the process and lessons learned from the pilot testing of SELFIE WBL in vocational and technical schools and enterprises.
Preparation of a list of digital tools used in the sector for each of the pilot countries.
