Once the application has been submitted, the preparation phase begins, during which the mobility programme is agreed with the host institution. We recommend using the appropriate Mobility Agreement template for the planned type of mobility. Once the programme has been finalised and approved by all parties, the information should be entered into the relevant Mobility Information Form.

Due to the scope and content of each form, we recommend that you begin entering information only after the mobility programme has been fully agreed with the host institution.
Please complete each form in a single session, as it is not possible to save your progress if you close the form before submission.
If you are unable to complete the form in one sitting, we recommend preparing all the required information and responses in advance. You may also wish to record the information in the appropriate Mobility Agreement template, which is available below for each type of mobility.
This will help ensure that no information is lost during the completion process.
