To access the portal, register using your email address and create a password. You will then receive a confirmation email. Once you confirm your registration, the registration process is complete and you can log in to the portal.
In addition to browsing available apprenticeship and job opportunities, you can use the My Profile section to upload your apprenticeship or job application documents, enabling employers to review your profile and contact you directly.
How to start your job search
A good place to start is by setting your career goals. You can use the template available HERE to help define your objectives. This will make it easier to identify the companies and job opportunities that best match your interests and career aspirations.

Build a list of people who can help you obtain information about the labour market and available job opportunities. You can use the worksheet available HERE to support this process. It is also important to let your network of family, friends, former colleagues, lecturers, and other contacts know that you are looking for employment. Be as specific as possible about the type of role you are seeking so that they can keep an eye out for opportunities that match your interests and qualifications.

Keep your CV clear, concise, and tailored to the specific role you are applying for. There is no prescribed format for a CV. You can create your own or use one of the many templates available, including those in Canva, a free and easy-to-use design platform.
Some employers may expect or require you to submit a Europass CV.
You may also consider creating an online CV or portfolio, which can help you stand out from other applicants.

E-Learning Platform
The E-Learning Platform contains key documents, learning materials, and practical information related to career planning and job searching.
Students of Higher Vocational Colleges who have participated in the training programme can upload one of their job application documents in the Submission of Job Application Documents section. Within 14 days, they will receive personalised feedback together with suggestions for improvement.
To access the platform, enrol in the E-Learning Platform for Higher Vocational College Students. Create a user account and confirm your registration by clicking the link sent to your email address. For your first enrolment in the Career Guidance course, use the enrolment key: Študiram-vsš (without spaces). For all subsequent logins, simply use your username and password.
